Mission

Tennesseans for Capital Punishment Reform (“TCPR”) works to reform the state of Tennessee’s death penalty law to address the issues of arbitrary application, cost, and inaccuracy inherent in the current system. TCPR strives to accomplish this mission through education and legislative advocacy.
