Justice Day on the Hill

Stay tuned for more details on how you can join TCPR in a Justice Day on the Hill event in the spring of 2022. This is an opportunity to join other community members to meet with your legislators to tell them why you think Tennessee’s death penalty should be reformed. Usually these opportunities are in person during March, however last year the event went virtual due to the pandemic. 

As part of the March 2021 Justice Day, TADP offered two educational events that were open to the public and lawmakers, featuring National Coordinator of Conservatives Concerned about the Death Penalty’s Hannah Cox as well as Death Penalty Information Center’s (DPIC) Senior Director of Research and Special Projects Ngozi Ndulue.

Thanks to everyone who made virtual visits with their lawmakers, wrote letters, and participated in the educational events. We had a very impactful day!
